The Secrets of Oz
The Secret of Oz won is a free documentary that will thoroughly walk you through the history of central banking and more specifically the struggle that has been going on since the early days of the republic between those who wanted to impose a central bank on the United States and those who do not.
For anyone trying to understand the roots of our current economic malaise, this free documentary is a must watch, because central banking and more specifically, fractional reserve banking play a pivotal role in the way the monetary system works.
Foreclosures are everywhere, unemployment is skyrocketing – and this may only be the beginning. Could it be that solutions to the world’s economic problems could have been embedded in the most beloved children’s story of all time, “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz”?
The yellow brick, the emerald city of Oz, even Dorothy’s silver slippers (changed to ruby slippers for the movie version) were powerful symbols of author L. Frank Baum’s belief that the people – not the big banks — should control the quantity of a nation’s money. The bottom line: No More National Debt.
All our money is created out of debt. But nations don’t have to borrow money from banks. Sovereign nations can create their own money — debt free — just as Abraham Lincoln did.

This documentary and it’s companion “The Money Masters” are in my opinion must watch movies for anyone looking to understand the real causes of the economic problems we face as a nation and a world. I hope that if you do watch this film that you also share it with your friends and anyone else you know who are seeking to know more about what the heck is going on in the world and what we (as common folk) can do about it. Anyway, off my soapbox. For me the film didn’t stream as well as the ones from Google, or YouTube. Guess because it’s coming from an Asian server, so you may have to hit the pause button a couple of times while watching to give the stream an opportunity to build up a buffer.
The embed video for the Secrets of Oz has been changed. We got rid of the version coming off the Asian server to a YouTube version that streams much more smoothly. So, if you were frustrated trying to watch this must see movie before, now you can enjoy it without the buffering, or pausing.
I found it interesting that the same fight has been going on for centuries. Good honest men come up with viable solutions, and yet the power keeps reverting back to the banks. It amazes me that the common man is unaware of what plausible solutions occurred in our own history. Solutions that have worked and worked well. Why do we keep needing to relearn the same lesson. There are way more of us than them, Why do we keep allowing them to make the rules. They can have only the control you give them over you. Oppression is a beatable condition we just have to learn from the past, and rise up against the oppressors. Educating ourselves is an essential begining. Of course this probably puts me on some list as a subversive…..
I think the interesting part is the underlying message of how corruptible we as human beings are. It’s really the cost of corruption that we’re seeing right now and Bill Still makes this point at the end (in somewhat of an indirect way). The FED is like giving Congress a blank check. There (in recent times) has been little concern about how to pay for a program, new programs (pet programs, wars,) get created, funded for no good reason other then party posturing and to enhance reelection. Unfortunately what we have had is a lot of folks who got drunk on spending who have yet to realize that you can’t get sober by taking another drink.
I have both of Bill Stills films & found them to be a wealth of information about our current economic situation. To answer Mr. Vetek’s questions: The ruling class control freaks study history (know their enemy, the general public) to learn from past mistakes. History has taught them that its best for the ruling class to control the masses with the hidden hands approach by using puppets, creating wedge issues, controlling mass media propaganda, education, energy, food, health care, breaking up families with good sounding social programs, while erasing & amending history for mass public consumption. Over time people get lost in the amusement park spectacle of distractions and smoke screens of disinformation while being lead astray by gate keepers, con artist, and shills. The ruling class knows everything about their victims (the general public) while the general public know almost nothing about who they (the ruling class) are, how they operate, or what their agenda truly is for the masses. The public is told they are powerless figure heads that are great humanitarians seeking to improve the conditions of the world, when the opposite is reality. Those that expose the elite scam are defined as conspiracy nuts, while they quickly form the police state control grid before the distracted, dumb down, drugged out, brainwashed masses rise up to stop hell on earth from taking total control. History lessons are not instincts, history for humans must be studied and learned which takes time. If that information is altered to benefit the ruling elite class, then the general public can’t identify the root problems and are left attacking the symptoms. This ensures the elites are never suspected of any wrong doing, because there is no reason for them to perpetrate crimes against the masses, since they already have all the money & everything else they could ever want right (its about controlling peoples life). The problem is the public believes the ruling elite think the same way the rest of us do, and could not imagine such an evil plot. Now don’t get me wrong it can be a lot of fun being a child, but everyone needs to grow up sometime, and in this case the sooner the better. Everyones life is in great danger right now, so start spreading the news now before its too late. Good night & Good luck.
The problem is that our representatives take an oath of office to protect and defend the constitution and believing that they would to just that, went about our daily lives; going to work, raising our kids, paying our taxes and alike. Unfortunately, with the exception of a few, the trust we placed in our representatives to do as their oath demanded was not respected and now that many are waking up to the fact that we’ve been sold down the river of debt are finding that the elite’s machine of corruption has so much inertia that it seems impossible to get the momentum necessary to turn the thing around and barring a mass awakening to the virtues of liberty and freedom, this could be a generational problem.
Dan, you are wise beyond your years and I concur with your statement. We need to change how the system operates. If we were to remove the law of the sea so it only applies to the operations conducted on the sea, and go back to the law of the land for our country the power structure of the government would fall void while the people would regain their power becoming free again. It’s a simple choice that we all need to make as a country; to live with peace & freedom or pain & fear. So the question is what do we want out of life? Good night & Good luck.
